Renting a car for the test? Make sure to book the rental with the office first (call us at 503-756-3244). Please review the Test Vehicle Agreement; you will sign one at time of test.

**Cancellation Policy - Any canceled or rescheduled test, with less than 72 hrs notice, will be charged a $40.00 fee. A full test fee will be assessed for same day cancels or no call no shows**
Test must be paid for at least 5 days prior to test day or reserved test appointment time may be canceled. Please contact the HST Oregon office if you need to make other arrangements for the payment of your test. 503-756-3244
